AFRIKAANS CLUB

Bev Cooke-Tonnesen, aka The Learning Coach, hosts Afrikaans Club; an Afrikaans Language Club for Durban teenagers. The aim of this club is improve fluency and confidence in Afrikaans in a fun, social environment. Each week there will be different activities/games which will afford the club members a chance to interact, laugh, have fun and – most importantly – SPEAK AFRIKAANS!
Club sessions will be planned and overseen by Bev, who will be assisted by Afrikaans Home Language students.

The Nitty-Gritty

Who: 13-18 year olds who wish to improve their Afrikaans Tweede Additionele Taal
When: Fridays from 4:30 to 5:30pm
Where: Studio 3, Point Waterfront. Entrance in Southampton Road, next to the mural (here’s a link to a map and driving directions https://all-opening-hours.co.za/0444428/Studio3)
Cost: R350 per student per month; paid strictly before the first sesh of each month.
